Executive - Customer Relations

Position: Executive, Post Sales

Co-ordination & Follow-ups -

  • Coordinating with the external customers (clients, OPG centers, dentists, etc).
  • To schedule & confirm appointments as per the client’s & doctor’s mutual convenience and sending email triggers appropriately.
  • Taking client & dentist feedback.
  • Making courtesy calls (welcome calls/ B’day calls/ Diwali, New Year wishes, etc) to clients & dentists.
  • Coordinating with internal customers (Medical Advisors/ Sales team).
  • Coordinating with finance for doctor/ client cheques payout.
  • Coordinating with logistics & sending email triggers for dispatch of client & dentist related consignments & tracking the consignment till it reaches the final destination.

Documentation

Maintaining a soft & hard copy of all client & doctor related documents in the prescribed format. SOP compliance.

Vendor coordination

Co-ordinating with logistics, warehouse, lab.

Data Analysis

Analysis of the post sales data & maintaining MIS.

Travelling

To be present for tooth collections along with the kit at the dentist's clinics in Mumbai

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Computers (Excel & email communication)
  • Willing to travel (within Mumbai).

Experience:

1-2 years relevant experience in customer service/ co-ordination (Preferred)

Education:

Graduate from any stream (Science preferred) + Proficient in MS Office
